This production line adopts high efficiency extruding square pipe winding shaping and HDPE extruding welding process to produce the high ring stifness profle wall HDPE sewage pipe and supperlarge caliber pressure water supply pipe. This pipe has the feather of high ring stiffness and strength,easier producing, the production line is easy to run and stop,fast mandrel changing is available, besides, it can ensure no waste pipe produced, which saves the material distinctly.

To change some parts, the production line can change to produce the square pipe and convergent type vertical winding manhole, one machine muti function which makes the ful use of the machines.

The line adopts advanced PLC and color liquid HMI screen controlling system.Easy operating,standalone adjusting range to synchronization,error alarming,beautiful outlook,highly  automatic and stable producing.
